Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TEGO Marketing (“TEGO,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit tegomarketing.com or engage our services.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, company, and the contents of messages you send through our contact form.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this data to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver engagements.
- To improve our site, services, and client communications.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with vetted service providers (e.g. email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
SMS / text messaging
When you provide your mobile number to TEGO — through our contact form, a client engagement, or by texting us — you consent to receive text messages related to account and service notifications, support, and occasional updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subprocessors that support our messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider) solely to deliver these messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our SMS Terms for full program details.
Social platform integrations (Meta)
When a client authorizes TEGO to manage their social presence, we access their connected Facebook Page and Instagram professional account through the Meta Platform APIs to publish content and read post engagement on their behalf. We store only the access tokens and account identifiers needed to perform these actions, together with the posts we schedule or publish. We do not access personal messages or information unrelated to the authorized account, and our use of any information received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. A client can revoke this access at any time from their Meta business settings or by contacting us, after which we delete the stored tokens. See our Data Deletion page to request removal of your data.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for essential site functionality and privacy-respecting analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at aidan@tegomarketing.com to exercise these rights.
Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. See our Data Security page for details.
